Larger operating controls (safety, bolt handle, and bolt release) facilitate getting on target quickly, as well as safe operation. The SX4 Field comes with a satin, oil-finished walnut stock and an Inflex Technology™ recoil pad. A hard heel insert on the pad makes mounting the shotgun snag-free. A matte-black barrel and receiver blend into shadows and natural habitats. A TRUGLO® Long Bead™ fiber-optic front sight offers a precise sight picture in a variety of light conditions. The semi-automatic shotgun uses a self-adjusting active valve gas system that cycles a wide variety of shotgun shells, while reducing recoil to provide you with superfast follow-up shots on missed birds or for shooting multiple targets. The SX4 gas-operated action fires and cycles all factory 2-3/4" and 3" length shotshells with steel, tungsten, bismuth, or lead loads. The chamber and bore are hard chrome-plated, and the barrel is back-bored using the interchangeable Invector-Plus™ choke tube system. A reversible crossbolt safety button is located on the rear of the trigger guard for quick access; and the trigger group easily drops out for field cleaning. Includes 3 chokes (F, M, IC). The Winchester SX4 Semi-Auto Shotgun makes the perfect shotgun for upland, waterfowl, turkey, or deer hunting.
