How to Subscribe

  • You may open a subscription at the time you select the participating item when shopping online at basspro.com and cabelas.com. You can select the timing for delivery and the quantity of items to be shipped to you periodically on the product description page. You must have an open Bass Pro Shops or Cabela’s account in order to participate. If you do not have an existing Bass Pro Shops or Cabela’s account, you will be given the opportunity to open an account at checkout. You are required to provide your name, email address, a password of your choice, your billing and shipping address, and information about a valid payment card. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date and to make appropriate changes by logging into your account. You may not open a subscription as a guest.

Customizing your Subscription

  • You may choose to receive your purchase every week, every 2 weeks, or every month. You may also choose the quantity you purchase through your subscription. Make your selections on the product description page in our online store or log into your account and select "Product Subscription."

Changing your Subscription

  • You may change the frequency of your delivery and the quantity of subscription items to be purchased and delivered by logging into your account and selecting "Subscription." Changes must be made at least 3 days before your next shipment in order to take effect. Changes made within 3 days of your next shipment will take effect after that shipment.

Recurring Payment

  • You agree to purchase the quantity of items you have selected at the intervals you have chosen (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) and to be charged automatically for each purchase on a recurring basis until you cancel subject to the Cancellation Policy. We will endeavor to send you a reminder email at least 5 days before payment is due to the email address listed in your account. The charge to your payment card will include the price of the product ordered plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges. The price will depend on the quantity of the item you ordered and the current online price for the items you have selected. You are responsible for providing a valid payment card at the time you enroll and for keeping a valid payment card on file in your account.

Minimum Purchase

  • In order to start a subscription, you must agree to purchase at least 1 item once a month. After your first order, you may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the Cancellation Policy below. There is no charge for enrolling in a subscription. You only pay for the product ordered plus applicable taxes and shipping charges.

  • Your subscription will continue until you cancel. Please see the Cancellation Policy below.

How to Cancel

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, selecting "Product Subscription," and then selecting "Cancel." You must cancel at least 3 days before your scheduled shipment in order to avoid being charged for the scheduled product shipment.

  • You may cancel your subscription after purchasing 1 subscription delivery. You must cancel at least 3 days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for and receiving that shipment. If you cancel within 3 days of your next scheduled shipment, you are responsible for paying for the product shipped in that delivery.

Changes to Prices

  • Bass Pro Shops may change the online price for products available by subscription and may periodically change the charges for shipping. In the event of a change in product price or shipping charges, we will include notification of the new price (either increase or decrease) in the email we send you 3 days before your product is due to ship. If you disagree with the price change, you must cancel your subscription following the How to Cancel instructions below. If you do not cancel your subscription, you are agreeing to pay the revised product price or shipping charges as applicable.

Shipping Charges

  • Subscription orders (except international shipments) will receive free standard shipping for deliveries after the first order. Standard shipping charges apply for the initial order’s shipment. The standard shipping charge for orders of $0–$49.99 shipped to the contiguous 48 US States is $5; for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO, $10. Standard shipping for orders of $50 or more are free. Information about shipping charges for international deliveries is available here. No expedited options are available. Shipping and handling charges are subject to change. Additional charges for oversized or overweight items may apply due to the item’s size and weight. These additional charges will be noted under the red Important Notice on the product page as well as be reflected on your order total during checkout. Return Policy

  • Food items: Food items cannot be returned. If your purchase arrives in a damaged condition, you may make a claim for reimbursement of your purchase price within 60 days of receipt of your item. Please send a photo of the condition of the item when it was received along with your delivery receipt using our email support page.

  • All other items: To return non-food items, click here to obtain a return label to ship the item back to us. If you cannot access the site, please include your receipt for the return shipping charges you paid along with your product, and we will reimburse your return shipping cost. Returns must be shipped within 60 days of receipt of your product. Changes to Terms; Termination of Subscription Program

  • These terms may be updated or amended by us from time to time without notice to you by our posting a revised version of these terms on our website. Any changes to these terms will be effective prospectively as of the date noted when the updated terms are posted. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms in case of any such updates or amendments. If you do not agree to any updates or amendments, you must terminate your subscription.

  • Bass Pro Shops reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the subscription program at any time. The provisions of these terms which contemplate surviving, including the provisions concerning disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution, shall survive any termination hereof.

Limitation of Liability

  • In no event shall Bass Pro Shops, its affiliates, or any of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, or content or service providers be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or directly or indirectly related to the use of, or the inability to use, the site or the content, materials, and function related thereto, including, without limitation, loss of revenue or anticipated profits, or lost business, data, or sales, or cost of substitute services, even if Bass Pro Shops or its representative or such individual has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In no event shall the total liability of Bass Pro Shops to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract or tort, including, but not limited to, negligence or otherwise) arising from the terms of your participation in the subscription program.

Governing Law

  • You agree that the laws of the state of Missouri, excluding its conflicts-of-law rules, shall govern these terms. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for resolving any claim of dispute with Bass Pro Shops or relating in any way to your subscription resides in the state and federal courts located in Springfield, MO, and you further agree and expressly consent to exercise of personal jurisdiction in the said state and federal courts.
