The Canik Mete® SFT Semi-Auto Pistol with MeCanik MO1 Optic enhances the proven Canik formula with upgrades typically reserved for more expensive handguns. The result is a full-sized pistol that can do it all – from competition to everyday carry. Either way, it's still one of the best values in shooting. It starts with the 4.46" stainless steel barrel and stainless steel slide with deep serrations for easy manipulation. The slide sports an optics cut that accepts Trijicon® RMRcc and Shield® RMS/RMSc footprints and comes equipped with the MeCanik MO1 Optic. The optics rides low, allowing for true co-witness with the adjustable 3-dot sights. The frame sports just as many performance-enhancing features, like a flared mag well for faster reloads and a double-undercut trigger guard that secures your support hand, and ergonomically redesigned beavertail for better grip. The short-reset single-action trigger features nickel-coated components for a trigger pull that rivals custom guns. Just as important, the Mete SFT features Canik's easy-in/easy-out push pins that can be removed with only pressure from the included punch. All the internal components are modular in a way that allows for complete disassembly and reassembly using only simple tools. Reversible magazine release accommodates right- and left-handed shooters. Holster fit-and-lock system for secure fit in the included IWB/OWB holster.
