The Mossy Oak® Bottomland® camo virtually disappears into the scenery in most environments, but it's what's inside that makes the Maxus II so special. The perfectly tuned Power Drive Gas System was designed to improve reliability across the entire spectrum – from light target loads to heavy 3.5" magnums – while reducing recoil. The Maxus also features the Lightning Trigger with the fastest lock time of any semi-auto in its class, delivering the speed you need when the birds are thick. And like all Maxus shotguns, the Maxus II All-Purpose provides comfortable ergonomics, trim dimensions, and superb balance. And true to its "All-Purpose" moniker, this model comes with an extended X-Full Turkey choke in addition to 3 extended Invector-Plus tubes (F, M, IC). Receiver comes drilled and tapped for a Picatinny-style scope base. SoftFlex cheek piece and 1-1/2" Inflex II recoil pad help reduce felt recoil. Synthetic stock and forend with overmolded rubber panels for grip in all conditions. Stock is shim-adjustable for cast, drop, and length of pull. Fiber-optic front sight and ivory mid-bead.
