The Speed Pocket also dramatically reduces drop-off in ball speed on impacts low on the face, where the majority of iron mis-hits occur. TaylorMade RocketBladez Irons incorporate Inverted Cone clubface technology, which has 2 critical benefits. First, it increases the size of the clubface that delivers high ball speed. Second, it influences how the face flexes and rebounds at impact, controlling the angle at which the ball leaves the clubface and thereby promoting straighter shots, tighter dispersion, and greater accuracy.
