Absolute junkI bought these for my wife just over a year ago at Christmas. I had always equated Minnetonka as a quality product, pricey but worth the extra cost. I don't know if somethings changed over the years, but these slippers are absolute junk. In about a month, the heel began coming loose, bot bad at first but it grew worse over time. By about 6 months, both heels had come considerably loose and were peeling off of the leather upper. By 9 months, both of entire soles had peeled almost completely loose from the upper. It seems there is no stitching or any mechanical fastening of the sole to the upper, just some sort of adhesive. For approximately $50, she got a pair of slippers that lasted less than a year.
