High Speed Gear ReFlex IFAK System

Developed with input from real active-duty medical personnel, the High Speed Gear® ReFlex™ IFAK System is a 2-piece med roll and carrier system designed to keep medical supplies organized and easily accessible. Built using the medical supplies included in the genuine U.S. Army-issued IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit), the ReFlex System provides rapid deployment of medical supplies. HANK (High Abrasion-Resistant Kevlar®) composite grab handles for durability. Can mount on belts 1.5"-2.25" and on MOLLE webbing. Carry handle and shock cord loops allow the roll to be attached to a patient or hung from an IV rack. Gloves can be accessed via side slots without removing the roll from the carrier. Mini MOLLE allows for a precise fit on belts as narrow as 1.5" or 2-row MOLLE panels. Hook-and-loop panel on med roll and carrier for label patches. Medical cross patch included.
