This lightweight, warm, soft fabric has hydrophobic properties and holds less than 1% of its weight in water. It retains much of its insulating properties even when wet. Unlike other synthetic fleece, polyester fleece resists pilling, even after extended use. To update the fleece, Gerbing utilized a honeycomb structure to give the fabric a more unique look while maintaining functionality. Runs up to: 2 hours at 100% heat, 3 hours at 75% heat, 5 hours at 50% heat, and 8 hours at 25% heat. 7V battery recharges in about 3 hours.
