Designed for sharpening 20° class straight edge and serrated knives, the E130 sharpens kitchen, household, Santoku, sport, and pocket knives in 3 stages. The first stage uses 100% diamond abrasive discs for deburring and grinding, followed by hardened sharpening steel for shaping and edging in the second stage, and flexible stropping discs for polishing and refining in the third stage for a razor-sharp blade.
