These dual-charging handles allow the shooter to manipulate the SCAR in any shooting position without interfering with the cycling function of the bolt. The SCAR features a monolithic upper receiver with a full-length Picatinny rail for any desired accessories. A folding stock stows easily and is multi-position for length-of-pull adjustability.
