The Viper HD utilizes Extra-low dispersion (XD™) glass, fully multi-coated XR™ anti-reflective coatings on all air-to-glass surfaces, and multi-layer dielectric prism coatings to enhance resolution and color fidelity, resulting in crisp, sharp images, while maximize light transmission for clear, bright viewing across the entire optic diameter. Exterior lenses surfaces feature Vortex's ultra-hard ArmorTek® coating to protect against scratches, oil, and dirt. Ultra-smooth, fluid, and sleek helical-style focus, quickly dials in ultra-sharp views, as well as keeps the scope's profile trim for ultimate packability.
