The RCR is made to take direct strikes and survive the harshest of environments while fielded. The RCR still works with any RMR® footprint, keeping mounting solutions readily available. The RCR RDS continues the legacy of the RMR, which set an unmatched standard in durability. The patented capstan screws thread in from the side utilizing the provided Hex key, which allows for the close-emitter design and top-mounted battery while maintaining the RMR mounting footprint. The single CR 2032 battery can power the optic and remain on for 6 years straight on setting 5. Ruggedized electronics and battery contacts further increase reliability. True-color, multi-coated lenses allow an increased spectrum of light for natural clarity.
