What are the customer benefits of uniting these companies?

This is an opportunity to create a "best of the best" shopping experience for all outdoor enthusiasts. It means more selection as we are bringing together the best in fishing with Bass Pro Shops, the best in hunting with Cabela's and the best in boating with Tracker Boats and our White River Marine brands. Increased buying power will also help us deliver greater value to our customers. At the same time, it means continuing to provide unmatched expert service. In general, we plan to retain and grow everything customers love about both brands. Gift Cards

Will Bass Pro Shops gift cards be honored at Cabela's locations and vice versa?

Customers can exchange a Bass Pro Shops gift card to a Cabela's gift card for an equal amount and vice versa. Cabela's gift cards, e gift cards and gift certificates can be presented for payment at any Bass Pro Shops retail register location. Gift cards are also exchanged at the customer service counter in either store or by contacting our online customer service centers. To exchange a Cabela's gift card that you would like to use at Bass Pro Shops, call 1-800-211-6440 to have it exchanged. To exchange a Bass Pro Shops gift card that you would like to use at Cabela's, call 1-800-237-4444 to have it exchanged. We are working to improve this process moving forward.

We will continue celebrating and promoting both the Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's brands as we bring our two great companies together.

Will existing exclusive brands and products still be available at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's?

Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's have strong national proprietary brands in several categories. Our goal is to continue developing and growing our brands to ensure we provide the same exceptional quality, service and value that customers have come to know and trust from Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's exclusive products.

Will the online sites combine?

Credit Cards

Will Cabela's CLUB Visa® cardholders earn points at Bass Pro Shops locations?

By the end of the year, Mastercard will be rolled out as the network for the Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's combined portfolio. The transition will take some time; more details will be available in the coming months. Until then, Cabela's CLUB cardholders can continue using their cards, earning reward points as usual and will receive 1% back for purchases made at Bass Pro Shops.

Will Bass Pro Shops Outdoor Rewards Mastercard® cardholders earn points at Cabela's locations?

As a limited time offer, Bass Pro Shops Outdoor Rewards World Mastercard® holders will earn 5% rewards points and Platinum Plus® Mastercard® holders will earn 3% rewards points on qualifying purchases made at both Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's U.S. retail locations. Offers available on all in-stock purchases at U.S. Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's retail stores. Purchases of licenses, Tracker® Boats, ATVs and other vendor services do not qualify to earn 5% and 3%. Transactions must post by 10/4/2018.

Will I get a new credit card?

At this time, we are not able to accept Cabela's credit card balance payments in Bass Pro Shops locations and vice versa.

Rewards

I don't have the credit cards, but will there be any changes to my Bass Pro Shops Outdoor Rewards or Cabela's CLUB REWARDS programs?

No, there is no plan for changes to either the Bass Pro Shops Outdoor Rewards or Cabela's CLUB REWARDS programs at this time. Rewards members will continue to earn points toward free gear.

Can I redeem my Bass Pro Shops Outdoor Rewards and/or my Cabela's CLUB Rewards points at either location?

Yes. Cabela's CLUB Rewards can now be redeemed for gift cards at Bass Pro Shops, and Bass Pro Shops Outdoor Rewards can now be redeemed for gift cards at Cabela's. Visit the customer service counter in either store or by contacting our customer service centers to learn more about this exciting new opportunity. We will continue to look for enhancements within this process and will update you on any future developments.

Do I need to use all my Bass Pro Shops Outdoor Rewards or Cabela's CLUB REWARDS by a particular date?

No, customers will retain their current Outdoor Rewards or CLUB REWARD point balances.

Will CLUB Points be able to be redeemed/earned at Bass Pro Shops?

Purchases made on the Cabela's CLUB Visa® at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's retail locations; orders through Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's catalogs and online at www.basspro.com, www.cabelas.com, and www.cabelas.ca will earn CLUB Points at your card tier (2% for Classic cardholders; 3% for Silver cardholders; 5% for Black cardholders). Cabela's CLUB members will be able to redeem points at any U.S. Bass Pro Shops retail location and any U.S. Cabela's retail location. For more information, visit www.basspro.com/points.

Discounts

Will Bass Pro Shops discounts apply at Cabela's locations and vice versa?

At this time, discount codes from Bass Pro Shops do not apply at Cabela's locations and vice versa. We're looking to make future enhancements and will provide updates as they happen.

What will the Military Discounts be at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's?

Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's locations across the U.S. offer our servicemen and women a Legendary Salute, a five percent discount every day, year-round. Active military, veterans, retirees, National Guardsmen and Reservists of our armed forces must simply present proper ID at checkout. Exclusions do apply. Will my Bass Pro Shops VIP discount work at Cabela's?

We are happy to share that the Bass Pro Shops VIP Owner's Discount is now being honored at all Cabela's locations as of January 15, 2018. The VIP discount will not work through purchases made online or through Cabela's contact centers.

Can I use my Tracker, Nitro, Mako, Sun Tracker, Regency or Tahoe Boat VIP discount at Cabela’s?

Will Bass Pro Shops continue hosting Santa's Wonderland? Will Cabela's begin hosting Santa's Wonderland as well?

We are excited to continue offering our most popular events to customers moving forward while considering ways to deliver the best of the best at each location. Santa's Wonderland will be unveiled at all Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's locations in 2018, along with special events for Easter and our other popular free family events. Will Bass Pro Shops continue to offer free events for families? Will these events also be offered at Cabela's locations?

Will the products at either store change?

Our goal is to bring together the best gear from both Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's. Product decisions are still being made but we're excited to provide greater selection and high-quality products at all locations in the near future.

Will prices change on any products?

There may be different prices through promotions or catalog offers but we are working to make everyday pricing consistent in all locations and channels to provide our customers with the best outdoor gear at exceptional value.

Will I be able to return Cabela's purchases to Bass Pro Shops locations and vice versa?

Yes, Cabela's purchases can be returned to our customer service counters at Bass Pro Shops and vice versa or by contacting our online customer service centers.

Will Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's product warranties still be honored?

All product warranties for products purchased at Bass Pro Shops or Cabela's will be honored. Exchanges or returns for like items will be accepted at all Bass Pro Shops or Cabela's locations.

Can a Cabela's location tell me if my product is still in stock at a Bass Pro Shops location and vice versa?

We do not currently have the capabilities to review Bass Pro Shops product inventory from a Cabela's location and vice versa but hope to have improved access in the near future.

Will I be able to take my Gear Guard warranty into Cabela's for a claim?

We are currently unable to process Gear Guard claims at Cabela's locations. However, it is still easy for you to make a claim online at www.mygearguard.com, in Bass Pro Shops stores or call 1-877-920-4400. We will update you on any future enhancements.

Will my Cabela's lifetime guarantees be honored by the new company and can these items be returned at Bass Pro Shops locations?

Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's will continue honoring all lifetime guarantees and any other warranties on its products. Customers can make a return or claim at any location for a refund or exchange for a comparable item.

Will my Bass Pro Shops Lifetime Guarantee be honored by the new company and can these items be returned at Cabela's locations?

Can I use "ship to store" on cabelas.com to send products to a Bass Pro Shops location for pick-up and vice versa?

At this time "ship to store" cannot be used to pick-up cabelas.com orders at a Bass Pro Shops location and vice versa. This is a service we hope to provide in the near future.

Can I get my Bass Pro Shops-purchased boat serviced at Cabela's locations?

Yes, Cabela's locations with boat service centers are able to service any boats purchased at Bass Pro Shops retail or marine center locations.

Will Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's continue to provide round up programs for Conservation groups and charitable organizations?

Yes, we will continue to offer round up programs for our customers to participate in. At this time the round up programs operate differently at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's. In the future, we will work towards combining the round up program.

Will I still continue to receive Bass Pro Shops or Cabela's catalogs in the mail?
