An HDMI video output allows connection to the biggest screens you can find. A Power Saving Mode allows up to 7 hours of run time. Convenient depth markings on the cable keep you informed. great picturebought this last winter (2018-19 ) , so far so good ,the menu is fairly easy to use and it packs up fairly easy and fits back into the storage bag easily , i even put the tripod in the same bag. i do wish the screen heater could be turned off to extend battery life . i fish in a heated ice shack and do not need the screen heater . i get about 4 hours of use on a charge. it could use a more rugged (hard sided) carrying bag , would definitely buy again. you need to invent something that will wind up the camera in a hurry because the big fish always tangle in the camera cord

Picture is really green on Gen1Bought this thinking it was gonna be the latest and greatest camera. Aqua vu does have a good line up of cameras but I was kind of disappointed in this model due to the picture quality. I purchased the Gen 1, i see there must have been enough unsatisfying reviews that they improved it and now have a Gen2. Why can’t the Gen 1 be upgraded though firmware to get a better picture quality? It is a great design just wish there could be something done about the picture quality

Best Bang For Your Buck7" of sweetness. The size of the screen is perfect for layin' back and watching the view while boating or ice fishing. The size doesn't gobble up battery either. The picture is crisp and clear and for those dark night fishing folks, it has infa-red lights on the camera. It comes with a battery and a bag so it's ready to go after a charge.
Thank you for choosing Bass Pro Shops. According to the owner's manual, all Aqua-Vu cameras are saltwater-rated, constructed with stainless steel hardware and materials that are impervious to corrosion. We recommend rinsing salt water off camera using clean water and a soft cloth after every use.
