Rated 5 out of 5 by Van Diesel 240 from New Fisherman Loves This Bait !!! I bought this bait yesterday on Sale from Bass Pro. I'm a new fisherman and I fish ponds with mainly murky water. These baits swim well and you can feel the vibration as you retrieve it. The jig head provides good feedback when you bounce off of rocks or the bottom. I fished 1 bait all day and the body still looks like it did out of the box. I love this bait and the bass do too

Rated 5 out of 5 by markbcolorado from Great lure One of only a couple of baits that worked on Beaver Lake and Bull Shoals lake in Arkansas this past May. Very easy to use, throw it out and wind it in. Slow retrieve for deeper presentation. I used the 1/4 oz. almost exclusively in the smelt or volunteer colors. The downside is that if you lose the jig head, you don't have an option other than cutting the remaining jigs off at the head and using another type of jig head. Storm (Rapala) finally came up with the solution after repeated requests to sell only the jig heads. I've looked at BPS and other sites; they are on backorder until late July.

Rated 5 out of 5 by walmpus1 from Maybe the most universal bait out there So far this year I have used this lure to catch walleye, crappie, largemouth, smallmouth, white bass, among others. I don't know what the difference is the but fish do; so I stocked up. And when fish hits this lure, they really smack it. Another plus is you simply can't fish this lure wrong. I have only used the 3 1/2 inch variety but they are a truly awesome bait. Certainly one of the better baits I have bought in the last 4-5 years. Well done Storm!

This place has really heavy fishing pressure and water was muddy and normally fish wouldn't be biting at all but really wanted to try out the new lures. I made 8 cast, caught 3 nice largemouth bass, a 3 lbs crappie and missed 2 other fish on a couple of cast then had to leave. Hit it again this morning post cold front and wind gust or 40 mph plus. Absolutely slayed them this morning with the same lure. It was definitely a epic morning of fishing. Definitely ordering more of these

But anyway; I never have been a swimbait guy but there was something about this bait that made me want to try them. Being a Finesse only fisherman I opted for the 3.5" 1/8 oz. version. I took them out this past weekend to give them a try. With water temps in the mid-40's I was expecting the bite to come on some hair jigs. After about 90 minutes and no bites I decided to throw on a 360GT. About an hour later after catching 7 Bass (and had several throw the hook on me) I realized I made the right decision in buying this bait. I can imagine they will only get better as water temps rise here in PA and the Bass become more aggressive. The only reason several threw the hook on me is because I am so used to a reeling hookset with other finesse baits that I forgot to set the hook, haha. But if these baits can catch that many Bass in such a short period of time in 45 degree water temps I know I made the right decision in buying them. I give this bait a huge thumbs up. They are very durable and cast like a bullet. The action is fantastic as well; they really are a searchbait. They kind of remind me of the searching action of a KVD square bill crankbait. Other reviews I have read online state that folks claim it's just another swimbait; apparently they have not actually tried them. These baits are AWESOME and I would recommend to everyone.

I love the Luger caught a lot of fish off of them only problem is the plastic gets to wear off and then you're stuck with just a jig head do you guys make the bodies and sell those separately

Would these baits work and hold up in saltwater

What would be the reccomended set up for this bait?

Set up as in gear ratio, line, rod power.

I'm fishing the 3 1/2" on a spinning real with a 7.1 to 1 gear ratio and a 7' ugly stick GX2 medium heavy rod with Trilene XL smooth casting 20 lbs line. A slow to medium retrieval do to water temps being cold at the moment and have been slaying them. On the 4 1/2" & 5 1/2" I will fish on a baitcaster with 50 lbs braid like on same rod useing a slow to medium retrieval. As waster temps warm up will be straight up medium retrieval
