What size jig or swimbate hook pairs best with 10” Z-Man HeroZ Jerkbait?

Depending on what you're using it for, there are a couple of options for rigging the HeroZ. For fishing offshore and in open water, we prefer rigging it on the TT Lures HeadlockZ jig head with the 8/0 hook and in either a 2 or 3oz. weight. If you want to keep in more weedless and don't need it to sink quite as fast, you can use the Weighted ChinlockZ, also by TT Lures. I recommend the 12/0 hook size and weights are available in 1/2, 3/4, and 1oz. You can see all of these hook options on the Z-Man website at www.zmanfishing.com.
