is this just a regular igloo cooler with cushion on the lid or does the lid have some extra support to handle folks sitting on it? weight limit?

I need the dimensions for the bottom to see whether or not this cooler will fit in the existing bracket holders in the bottom of the boat....

Per the manufacturer, the bottom dimensions are different than the top dimensions because it is tapered down. The exact dimensions of the bottom are 11.5" deep x 21.5" wide.
