Does this seat have a swivel mount?
Is it removable from the floor without a lot of work? And is that price 369 canadian?

Thank you for your inquiry about the Wise Deluxe Offshore Pilot Boat Chair with Armrests. Per the manufacturer, It can be used as a swivel but the knob on the seat as to be loosened every time that you want it to swivel. Removing from the floor will be difficult. You can remove just the seat and seat slide, but the pedestal should be bolted to the floor.
