Great bow, not so great warrantyBass Pro Shop and an un-named competitor carry the same, EXACT, bows, but, with different model names. One big difference; one offers a "lifetime warranty" and one does not. The bow is great quality and made to last, but, nothing is indestructible. Bass Pro's price is competitive, however; for a slightly higher price, one has the added assurance of repair or replacement, (if needed). In my opinion, the higher price is worth the added assurance.

Great bow for costI have one compound bow and two English long bows . Just bought one of these Monarch bows in 35# range just to target shot. Super good bow , I enjoy shooting it more than my more expensive bows . Right out of the box , I could not get good groups . Removed the arrow rest , replaced with a biscuit I had , bow had insert for it . Made minor adjustments and was shooting 8 out of 8 arrows into a paper plate target at 66 ft. Great bow ,looks great , and good quality , best part , right price .

Great bowI got this bow as a birthday present and its been my companion in the bush ever since.
It shoots great for target practice or small game i 've shot quite the quarry of squirells and rabbits with it and I'm planning on using it this deer season even though it is 35lb it will take a deer with a great broad head and a nice light traditional arrow.

Ok for the priceIf you're a beginner like me or you suspect you might fizzle out before getting too involved, this bow is for you. There's a reason this bow is only $120 when everything else you see is about $300 and up. On the fourth use, my arrow rest is already falling off. It's held w/ sticky tape. So it doesn't bother me terribly. The bow is fine otherwise. It's handsome. The 35 pound draw is a nice beginner start. It's actually still a bit of a workout. :)
I ordered it online but had it shipped to the store. The store guys were super helpful. They helped me make sure the nocking point was level. Then they measured my wingspan, helped me select arrows and trimmed them to my height. They also suggested I get a stringing accessory (totally necessary) but didn't really push me to buy anything else.
I'm new to Archery just wondering if this comes with any arrows and what size arrows are needed for this type of bow

Thank you for choosing Bass Pro Shops. This does not come with arrows. The size of arrows needed would depend on draw length and the spine of the arrow. Any archery shop would be able to assist with determining the appropriate arrow size.

I have a 29 inch draw. Is this bow a suitable size for me.

when a bow says "right handed" - does that mean it is set up to hold with the left hand and pull the string with the right hand?

Is 62” the AMO length or the actual length (the string that is used)?
