Rated 5 out of 5 by The Murrays from Brilliant Living in the U.K. these things are non existent. So while in bass pro we bought some. Once we got home we could not wait to try.They taste stunning, especially when they are coated in Irish butter when cooked.We are returning the US in December and are going to stock up big time.Maybe there are better on the market, but to a Brit who knows no better these hit the spot.

I made the biscuits according to directions, except I added pepper cheese and spoon dropped them. They were outstanding! The recipe for a small batch, actually made about 9 good sized drop biscuits. I am ordering more canisters to give to my friends. These will be perfect for moose hunting camp! Very light and fluffy with a great taste!

I followed the directions on the package but mixing this stuff was like super glue. Stuck to every thing bowl,spoon, hands I could barely get it off my hands to roll out. In the oven at 400 degrees,says 10-11 minutes but mine took almost 20 to cook thru but now the bottoms were like cement. Once they were finally cooked they were ALLRIGHT but nothing to brag about.I'll try again but my biscuits and gravy was a big disappointment this am.

Well, this mix isn't quite mom's biscuits, but they are a very close second. I just made some this morning with some Tennessee Pride hot sausage and an egg. Great breakfast!!! These are great for biscuits and gravy too. I served in the military for over 20 years, and have travelled a lot. These make the best pre-mixed biscuits mix I've ever used!!!!

Where can I find the expiration date on the package?

Thank you for choosing Bass Pro Shops. Uncle Buck's batters and mixes show a manufactured on date as opposed to an expiration date on the packaging. Please note that these items are good for 18 months from the date printed on the package. The manufactured date will be on the packaging in the following format (we will use 06051511 as an example): •First 2 numbers are the month. 06 = June •Next 2 numbers are the day of the month. 0605 = June 5th •Next 2 numbers are the year. 060515 = June 5, 2015 •The last 2 numbers are the batch number.
