mh is more like a mediummh rod seems more like a medium, will be good for walleye. Will be light for trout and northern pike.

Rugged little rodI bought 4 of these rods to use on my jawjackers and automatic fisherman units.The one piece steel rod guides and the fibreglass tips stand up much better to the stress of being snapped up violently when a good size fish hits your bait.Ugly sticks don’t have to be babied, don’t break your wallet and get the job done.

On time and high quality (again)!The rods arrived on time and in perfect condition! I have not used them yet but you can tell that they are the same terrific value that Ugly sticks have been for a long, long time. For my money, their products are the best value for the dollar out there. After 35+ years and many rods (all still in service!), shopping for fishing rods is very easy to me! There aren't many products out there like that anymore!

Great rodI bought this to replace an expensive rod, that I have broken the tip on twice! These ugly sticks are indestructable, they have good feel. These will be the only rods I will buy in the future for ice fishing

Ugly Six live up to their nameIce fishing on larger bodies of water often entails miles long trps over rough ice. Any gear that can hold up on the ice has to be rugged and Ugly Stix are.
Have switched to them over the years and have had no problems with breakage,
Can you use any reel on any ice fishing rod or can you just use it reel

what real would put on these ice rods? it cant fall off the rod or be weak. we catch good ones 10 plus LB trout. they fight like crazy.. so fun. any advise on a real would be appreciated.
