Best Mount EverI bought a KVD Kong Mount a couple of months ago from BPS Online and I must say without a doubt this mount is the best you can buy. It has infinite adjustability and 100% stable in the worst conditions. Bass Pro Shops has the best price on this mount and I plan to buy another one in the near future for the bow. If you have a large unit buy this mount it has the highest quality of any mount out there and you will be glad you did.
Does this mount let u position your unit the way you want as far as being level and if you upgrade your electronics later to a bigger unit will this mount accommodate that

Thank you for choosing Bass Pro Shops. This mount is designed to attach to the gimbal mount of a fish finder to allow it to set in the desired position with the assistance of the joints in the arm. A bigger size may need to be purchased to accommodate a bigger fish finder.

Does this mount fit a 16” lowrance carbon?

Thanks for your question. Per the manufacturer, the KVD KONG Electronics Mount will support a 16" unit like the Lowrance HDS-16 Carbon.

What is e height of unit from base to top? Length of each component would be helpful.
Length or height of unit and each articulating section is needed to determine how or where f will work with my boat.
