Great BaitI recently purchased the Strike King Rage Tail Grubs, due to a possible phase out of my favorite 4" grub. It was just as potent and the action is incredible. Very durable bait as well, slung several fish before having to change the grub as it was too tore up to continue to use.

new favourite soft baitThis rage grubs are amazing. Very versatile, and have amazing action. The catch me tons of fish year round, and are my confidence bait. My favourite colour is blue glimmer black fleck, and I like to rig the tail down on a bass pro shops mushroom jig head.

Does it get any better?I have used this little fella countless times in the shallows fishing over stumps and rocks in stained water and it always comes through for me. I really like the chartreuse color (Im not a big color guy) but its easy for me to locate in the water. The Smallies seem to love it, maybe its the coffee scent.. maybe its the tail.. maybe its me :) who knows. Its a great plastic and the price is well worth the product.

Best grub I've foundWhen comparing this grub with others like Zoom etc in the same color, these consistently out perform on most days. Tail does get attached to the hook point sometimes during the cast but not enough to be a problem. I use it with a steady retrieve in the river for smallies with some split shot. My favorite rubber bait! I use the Red Flake Watermelon the most.

Better grub options on the marketI've tried the rage tail and I really do not like them. They have a great body but the tail is awful. Even when rigged with the tail facing down, it constantly gets fouled up on the hook.
The Kalin Lunker grub is a better option and has more colour selection.

Tasty Grubshave had great luck with these grubs....on a lightly weighted jig head.....cast nice, fall nice, catch bass.....
