It's pure poison allrightPure Poison is just what it is, I caugh 10 walleye in a 2 hour stretch while fishing in South Dakota on my vacation. All the walleye were between 21 and 27.5 inches. The action that this lure has is unbelievable, It darts and dive from side to side and up and down. Can't wait to try it on the large and smallmouth bass when i get home to Arizona.

Attention Red DrumsI had a small school of reds (5) swimming toward me. Casted behind the school and 12 ft to the right of them. As the bait caught up to the school the lead red attacked it from 12 feet away. Had to be from the vibration this product produces On the bad side, it does not last in saltwater. a morning of use if your lucky.

Added lure to my arsenalLure tracked well, cought three dink bass on it and one 3lb catfish, The only problem was after a couple hours of use and a couple of hang-ups the split ring had spread somewhat and began to catch on the blade causing it to run to one side and it lost its vibration. My thoughts,it will definately be better in the fall.

pure poisonI used the regular pure poison swim jig with the skirt in a northern lake in calif. and was flabbergasted-- I caught within 15 minutes and 7 casts a 4 1/2 lb bass a 5 1/2 lb. and a 7 lb. largemouth--!! I know it sounds like a fish story but it's true I don't expect this to ever happen again but it did happen- I then handed my rod to my friend because I wanted him to have some of the fun that I was having- he didn't catch anything-! but when I left calif. I gave him the lure- he get's to fish that lake all the time so I expect he's going to have some great luck soon- it was the blue gill color one by the way- the pure poison in my mind is the most well engineered and beautiful of all the chatter type baits out there-

Pure Poison SwimbaitFishing freshwater for Bass:
This has proven to be the best choice I've made for a chatter blade style bait.: it is made without a skit collar for the addition of swim type plastics. It also has a wire keeper that presses into the bait holding it into place. The vibration is tight and the head bumps against the blade during the retrieve. Fish really nail this bait when they hit! Strike King also makes this bait with a skirt collar in a swim jig style. This is also a good choice.

GoodI've been using these lately with good success. They are a little expensive, but they catch fish.

personal favoriteIve had alot of the skirted versions and is one of my favorite lures. Still have and use the first one I bought even though there is a rather large chunk taken out of the jig head. great for bass, especially when nothing else is paying off. Only catch is as they get older and start to show wear you might fave to give a little jerk when you start to retrieve to get the blade dancing. Then you can slow it down and take all of the time in the world to retrieve it. Great in weeds, it just pushes them out of the way. Great on hot afternoons when there is nothing bitng.

Strike KingAfter the first time i used this i was speechless. You would not believe the vibration this Chaterbait has. flash is great as well. But the first time i reeled it in you can feel and see your rod tip vibrating. I took off the shad and put on a skirt. I also use a Yum Boogie Tail as a trailer. I like to go with a Daiwa 7'0 MegaForce MH rod with a MegaForce baitcaster and 30 lbs. Power Pro. Great bait.
