The Stanford Baits Boom Boom Poppin' Frog is a next-level hollow topwater bait developed with the help of 4-time Bassmaster champ Fred Roumbanis. This bait incorporates all the advantages of the original Boom Boom Frog and adds a concave popping face, to significantly increase its splashy, water-throwing attracting power – a great choice for tight pockets and areas with limited underwater visibility. Like the original, the Poppin' Frog features a patch of Frogfur™ just behind its head, Stanford Baits' patent-pending "grabber" that latches onto the tiny-teethed ridge on a bass's upper lip and gives you significantly more time to set the hook. Bass find it difficult to spit or throw the frog once they've clamped down on it. Super-realistic, soft-and-warty body; high-action kicking legs. The Poppin' Frog is equipped with a razor sharp Mustad® Wide Gap Frog double hook, plus a diamond-shaped belly weight that levers the hooks upward on the hookset. Put this unique frog to work on your favorite water and see what a difference it makes in your hooking ratio!
