The Twitch II combines SOG's S.A.T. blade opening assistance technology with a specially designed blade ''kick.'' By pressing on the ''kick,'' one is able to initiate the opening of the blade. S.A.T. then takes over to finish opening the 2.68'' AUS-8 stainless steel blade and securely lock it out for use. The durable blade has undergone SOG's Cryogenic Heat Treatment to toughen the steel and help the blade hold its edge longer. SOG's Hardcased Titanium Nitride (TiNi) matte black blade coating provides extreme hardness, scratch- and peel-resistance, and extended life.
