The blade's design makes it useful for slicing, cutting, and piercing, and its 7Cr17MoV high carbon steel construction holds an edge for extended use. A gray, skeletonized, stainless steel frame keeps weight to a minimum while retaining strength and corrosion resistance. The Tanto Folding Knife has dual thumb studs for one-handed opening, and a pocket clip for ease of carry.
