Avid trap shooter from
All I useI started buying Remington Sporting Clays ammo for my 1970s 1100 for shooting trap. I have since bought a new 1100 and these are the only rounds it has ever been fed. After thousands of rounds I have never had a misfire, squib load, or any other issue with quality. I dont reload but the gentlemen that do have had me start dumping my empties in a special bucket because they want these empties. Bass Pro Shops sells these rounds at an affordable price for high volume shooters such as myself. I get consistant patterns, reliable ignition, and 0 problems cycling through my auto, not much else to say.

Bad crimping on quite a few shellsPurchased 2 flats of these since they were on sale. Needless to say I won't buy them again. At least a shell in every box had a bad crimp and I had shot in the bottom of every box. The ones that were crimped well shot nicely. Probably will stick with federals from now on.

Great Practice LoadsShooting over two cases a month on clays, if you don't reload ammo can add up very fast. I find Remington Gun Clubs reasonably priced and have not experienced any failures to fire or
any other quality issues. All in all, a good value for the money.

Target ShotshellsThese shotshells are a great value. After a few thousand rounds fired at clay targets, I have never had a misfire.
can i have the store hold a order of goods till i can pick it up so it does not run out of stock
Asked by: caps24
Thank you for your question!
The stores will usually hold an item if you ask them to, although you'll want to speak with the store directly, of course, to see how long they can hold an item for you, as well as how much they have in stock. If you need it, you can view the contact information for all our stores here: https://stores.basspro.com/.
I hope this information helps!

26-27 yard line
How do these shells perform from the 26-27 yard line? I shoot in a handicap trap league and we are usually shooting there.Do they have the power and the pattern for this range, useing the right choke.I shoot 3 dram 7.5 at 1200 fps. Thanks
Asked by: dunkster
Short answer - Yes, they will break the clays if you do your job with pointing and follow-through.

What does a case (10 boxes) weigh?
Asked by: Carl939
Varies by gauge. Flat of 12 gauge Gun Clubs weigh close to 25 lbs. (250 shells at 1-1/8 oz of lead per shell plus powder and wads add up) Flat of 20 gauge Gun Clubs weigh in at around 21 lbs (due to 7/8th oz of lead per shell)

Why not carry 12ga 1 oz?
Asked by: skinl19
That is a question for Remington. I suspect they want to leave the niche market (and 1 oz 12 gauge is a bit of a niche market) to the STS line.

Is it the same price in stores?
Asked by: deerslayer95
Most of the time the prices are the same between stores and online. If there is a difference where the store is priced more than online, show the online ad at the register and ask for the online price to be extended. I have never been refused the online price at the store.
