The Remington® 700® Compact ADL Bolt-Action Rifle is built on the proven 700 platform and has all the features you need to get into deer hunting at a very affordable price. The non-reflective black synthetic stock is made more compact and comes equipped with a recoil pad and sling swivel studs. At the heart of the ADL is the famous Model 700 action that encloses the cartridge head in 3 rings of steel: the recessed bolt face, the chamber end of the compact barrel, and the front receiver ring. This design provides inherent strength, while holding the cartridge in precise alignment with the bore for exceptional accuracy. The 2-position safety at the rear of the action is quick to operate with the thumb, and can also be gripped with the forefinger and thumb and moved quietly to the fire position. An X Mark Pro Trigger offers a clean, crisp pull. Made in USA.
