Pliers rust and case sucksThe design idea of the pliers was good but the implementation was horrible. I dont possibly know how they can be stainless steel (of any variety) because mine are already rusting after minimal use. The sheath is the worst design I've ever seen. The pliers became dislodged from the sheath so often I had to modify the sheath and add a spring lanyard to avoid them falling off my boat into the water. As a basic set of pliers they're fine but the rust and poor sheath design prevents me from recommending to anyone.

Love the magnet spring!I've been using these for a while now and they work very well! I specially love the way the magnets in the handle keep the pliers open, I don't have to do the chopstick hold, like you would with regular pliers! I oiled the hinge up with some Quantum Hot Sauce, makes them real easy to open and close! I don't use braided line, so I'm not sure how well they work that type of line, but they work really well on mono! The only thing is the case! It work well, but it has some o-rings on to keep presume on the pliers to keep them from falling out! I love the angle on the pliers, it leaves your wrist in a natural position, you get more torque and leverage! Now the only thing left is the test of time!
