Engineered with all of the range-ready features any serious shooter will appreciate, plus the RangeMaxx® Slim Maxx Electronic Sound Amplification Earmuff has been designed to be extra comfortable. Its slim headband is comfortable for hours of use, and the low-profile ear cups give ample gun-stock clearance, so they won't get in the way when you're taking aim. Just like classic RangeMaxx earmuffs, the Slim Maxx feature independent, dual microphones that will pick up and amplify low-level sounds, like someone speaking to you. However, this same system's electronic circuitry shuts off to become split-second hearing protection when gunfire and other sounds over 85 dB occur. Electronic earmuffs turn on with an on/off amplification knob, and they fold down for compact storage.
