The Pro-Troll® Roto Chip Bait Holder outfishes other systems because, unlike them, it's equipped with a Pro-Troll EChip®, which sends out lifelike ionic live bait "nerve impulses" to draw feeding fish in to the bait. Great for trolling herring or anchovies; the head positions the bait, while the adjusting wire ring cinches down the bait holder teeth. Harness features a pair of inline barbless hooks, plus a rudder fin to keep the bait swimming upright.
