Freezes very easilySame as others, call works well when warm but pretty much stops working below 5C. Only hunt coyotes in the winter time in canada and call is pretty much useless after the first call and can't get a sound out of it.

Solid and Versatile CallThis is a great call and it is insanely easy to use. Only draw back is that it is not as loud as some of the other calls I have used, but to be able to make 5 different types of sounds it is definitely worth the money.

Works well when warmSounds good and easy to use. Definitely freezes easily in cold weather. Keep it warm or be ready to tear it down in the field when cold to clean.

One awesome callI bought this call about a week ago at Cabelas in Edmonton. it is really awesome. The CD with it is awesome and really helpful. If you are a serious coyote hunter i would say it is worth getting it.

Does this call work? - YUP!I tried this call for the first time ever last night. I had never before used any type of Ki-Yi call but this one sounded particularly realistic when I concentrated on making it sound like an injured pup. Sure enough... a big, aggressive male came in. He was extremely curious, but curiosity killed the cat.... and the coyote.

Top of the lineTop notch predator call, if your new or inexperienced you can learn to blow this call with the mouth piece on. Or when you get more skilled you can take the mouth piece off and make some absolutely amazing sounds with open reed.
I've called in just about every predator there is with this call, from raccoons to coyotes just about any animal will want to come check out whats making all the racket.
