Great addition to my Native Titan Kayak.I've used this anchor on two kayaks since I bought it about 6 months ago. It makes shallow water fishing so much easier! Max depth is about 6 feet for this unit on my kayaks.
It's expensive but it's the best option available at this time.

Worth the moneyInstalled it on my 2017 bass tracker PT 175 TXW. Have used it twice now and am really impressed on how smooth it operates and its holding power. My only question or concern is that you buy the micro anchor, but the pole is sold separately? Like buying a car with no wheels, Maybe its just me who thinks that's a little strange.

Ok bassin from
Power pole microI have had my power pole micro for around 3 years now. I had to sent them back several time before I got 2 that worked right. The auto up would just keep running or wouldn't go all the way down. They do have great customs service that worked with me to get them replaced. I bass and crappie fish and is the reason I purchased my power pole. Let me tell you they only work in 6 feet or less, they will not touch over 6 feet. I got 2 of them thinking it would hold me in one spot in the wind. It won't, it will spin you around in wind. The height has caused a lot of backlashes for anyone in the back fishing. If I had it to Do over again I would have got the power pole sportsman and not the power pole micro. I have them on a 185 tracker bass boat with a 115 four stroke.

Great productI am extremely happy with the micro power pole. I put it on my 1860 war eagle w/115 hp Mercury 4 stroke. I was worried my boat was going to be too heavy for the micro pp but it works great. I have a terrova with ipilot and use the anchor feature a good bit while crappie fishing but in shallow water the micro pp is my go to. It's a great tool for so many applications. I fish alone a fair amount and on windy days the micro pp is a huge help when loading and unloading. While unloading I get boat off the trailer and pull up to bank and instead of my stern getting swung around on to the bank I deploy the micro pp to keep my motor off of rocks. It's worth it to me just for this reason but I use it for so much more.
It comes in super handy duck hunting too especially on days we don't hunt out of the boat. I was torn between the full size units and the micro and I'm pleased with how the micro performs.

Works greatIt works great ... good for windy days holds you on your spot. I also use it when putting boat back on trailer. Holds stern of boat while you line up bow with rollers on trailer. Overall it works as advertised. It dose stick up far but you get used to that. Easy to install only took a couple of hours. I am very happy with mine.

Love itI use the Powerpole micro on my 16' jon boat. Keep in mind I only fish for crappie.
Purchased the micro in Feb and have used it 10 to 15 times.
Next to my sonar unit it's the best purchase I have made in years.
The unit has so many applications for shallow water fishing. For example....Wading for spring crappie in 2 to 3 feet of water on a windy or calm day.
The only negative issue is the price.
I mounted mine on the transom and am very happy.
Plans next year for one for the bow of of the boat.
will this anchor keep a boat from spinning in the wind when it is deployed. or do you have to purchase two of them for that luxury
Asked by: cat123
One will keep you in place and two will keep you in the same place and direction. In order to keep a boat from turning due to wind and current you would need at least two points of contact with the bed.

My anchor is not working. It does not show battery lights. How do you charge it. My first one already installed on my 15.4 Whaler.

I LOST MY REMOTE CONTROL. HOW DO I PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE?
Asked by: Mikw C
Unfortunately, the handheld, two button replacement remote was discontinued by Bass Pro Shops. The only remote that can currently be purchased for this brand is the Power-Pole C-Monster 2.0 Standard Wireless Foot Switch (SKU:2355668).
