what would u use this and how would u use it

I use these on my Bluefin tuna rigs that uses a 12/0 Circle hook. Take 15' of 230lb 7strand leader wire or 300lb mono-filament, slide a double walled sleeve, #for the size wire or mono you are using# a circle hook 10/0 - 12/0 onto the wire or mono, take the thimble slide the wire or mono around the thimble forming a loop, slide the hook down the wire or mono until the thimble goes through the eye of the hook and the hooks rests in the middle of the thimble. Take tag end of the wire or mono and passing it through the second opening of the double walled sleeve thus closing the loop. While holding the wire or mono together slide the sleeve down towards the hook making the loop smaller. Take a crimper tool and crimp the sleeve in two places to prevent the wire of mono from slipping and coming apart. I hope this helps.
