ok product for the pricethese wire leaders were ok for the price. The clamp that holds the weight could have been a little bigger though. It was kind of hard to open the clasp to put hooks on also but it did the job.

Excellent RigsI used the 3/4 ounce rigs for some inshore fishing at the Texas Coast, and they served me well. I was fishing with some live shrimp under a popping cork, which usually did pretty well. I decided to switch to one of these, but I kept the shrimp on. My first cast out, I had a strike. Set the hook and soon after had a two pound sheepshead. It wasn't much, but I was a little discouraged until I started using this. The swivel works very well, and I like the steel wire leader, which proved useful when I was fishing a shipping channel for some black drum, dragging it over the rocks on the bottom. The egg weight also doesn't get hung up as easily as other casting weights.
Great rigs, and super cheap as well.
Can someone explain to me how to rig this? I assume barrel swivel goes to line...after that no clue. I mean do you attach another weight at the bottom? Where does the hook go. Sorry if sounds dumb but never seen anything like this. Thanks

swivel to line , then hook, then weight on the bottom , 3 ounce lead or less.

no , it acts as an attractor. you can also use a cut piece of mcdonalds straws as an attractor also. crazy but true.

I'm learning..Surf? Pier? Where?
Do you put the hook directly at the end of the rig?? What bait do you sugest?? Thanks,

put your weight on the end and hook on the other. that way if your fishing from a pier you can let the weight lay on the bottom with your bait just off the bottom to prevent hang ups. i usually use cut squid , shrimp or mud minnows.

Thank you for your inquiry. The end with the snaps is attached to the mail line. You attach your hook and lure to the end with the weights.

What is the 'LB TEST'
strength for these 'Ready Rigs'?

All of the ready rigs are made with 45 lb. black nylon coated wire so that the breaking strenght of the entire rig is at least 45 lb. test.
