Q&A
Many veteran anglers prefer cork floats for their natural buoyancy, tough durability, and lack of metal components, for complete corrosion-proof performance. The neutral color is visible to the angler but not alarming to fish.

Great purchaseI purchased these with the intent of using them for still fishing on a freshwater lake where I have my cottage. They work very well and I find that the fish are less wary than with my regular plastic bobbers.
The only thing I wish it would have is a listing on the packing to the optimal supported weight configuration. Other than that they're terrific.

Big Fish Freshwater BobbersGreat float for fast current rivers with a healthy leader and weight for steelhead. It serves as an excellent indicator (orange tip) and helps to set the hook with the buoyant resistance a large cork orb will give you.. This float is not just for saltwater.. Freshwater anglers should give 'em a try.

Hard to find and great valueI bought these 2" Corks to float behind a stinger rig for Kingfish. I prefer Cork as opposed to color bobbers as kingfish seem to like to strike them as much as your live bait and surely will break you off.
I look for cork bobbers at 5 different well known tackle stores and Bass Pro Shops were the only ones that had them.
The worked great.

Natural cork floatsI have used the floats that we ordered. Bass Pro Shops is the only place we've been able to find the natural floats. I use them for crappie/bass fishing because they are easy to cast without loosing your bait. Great product for kids to learn the basics about casting. The larger floats (1 7/8"-2") i use for bass and walleye at area lakes. I've used these floats for 44 years and would recommend them for all types of fishing.
