Magpul M-LOK AFG Angled Fore Grip
Magpul® M-LOK™ AFG® Angled Fore Grip attaches directly to the M-LOK mounting system to provide a solid grip and index point for improved weapon control, while allowing ample space for mounting other tactical accessories to the handguard. The AFG positions the shooter's hand high on the centerline of the bore, unlike conventional vertical fore grips, to help mitigate recoil and facilitate faster, more accurate follow-up shots. Minimalist construction of heat-resistant polymer makes the AFG extremely lightweight. Does it's job but feels a little too small.As a magpul the design and materials are good, but it's overall dimensions feel too small for me. I have what i would consider normal sized hands, if you have larger hands i would definitely not get this AFG.

It works, nothing special, looks cooler on there.Well its kinda mehhh looks kinda cool, gives a little help in certain areas of shooting types, won't sleep better with it won't loose any sleep if it falls off. Not a must have in my book, but I had to try it to find out so its still on there...
Is this a handstop or a fore grip. Looks like a handstop

Does this require the m-lokrail for installation? And if it does what length?

This would not require an M-Lok rail; the M-Lok rails are a separate accessory. The AFG Angled Fore Grip would, however, require that the firearm (specifically, the lower surface of the handguard to which the AFG attaches) be M-Lok ready. Thanks for asking!
