Note to bass: tasty morsel coming by! With its tantalizing double-skirted wings and fleshy body, the Lunkerhunt® Dragonfly draws bass to the surface as they scurry to take advantage of the easy pickins. Sometimes it's an explosive topwater strike, and sometimes they'll just inhale it from below, but it's always a memorable take! The body material is tougher than standard soft plastic, and will stand up to many an abusive bass. Best rigged weedless with a J-style worm hook.

Lunkhunt DragonflyI love this lure . It's a great top water lure for smallmouth. I have been using the Meadowhawk (yellow) .I've caught 2 19in 1 18in and 2 17in all on the first strike .lost two lures to northern. I think it's worth a try

Don't waste your Money in this junkI got one (black) to see what I could do with it. The lure has almost no weight and since it is a "floating" lure I couldn't use weighed hooks. Since it has no weight, casting distance is not good, which restricts a lot the amount of area you can cover with it. Once in the water, even with a thin hook it will sink while retrieving and worst if you try to let it standing still. And, on top of that, like the other review mentions, after a few cast is going to get ripped. It did not last one trip.
Thus, if you are looking for a surface lure, stick to frogs (scum frogs are good and cheap, or go for the spro, booyah, etc), whooper or poppers.

Cool lookingWell this is real cool looking lure. I was really forward too using it. On my first cast, after I reeled in I notice it ripped in few spots, one spot is where the wings are. Kind of disappointed with this
