Luhr Jensen Dipsy Diver Snubber
The Luhr Jensen® Dipsy Diver® Snubber is recommended for use with all Dipsy Divers. Stretchy surgical tubing acts as a shock absorber, preventing hooks from tearing out of the fish's mouth. Usually attached directly behind the Dipsy.
Designed for use with diving planers
Lessens the shock of a hard strike

Salmon NecessityI began using these for silver salmon fishing after having several silvers get off at the boat or before they got to the boat due to the violence of their strikes and their runs while hooked partially tearing the hooks loose. With the snubber attached to the back of the diver in front of the dodger or flasher, we lose very few fish because the hooks tore loose. We use the 6" length, and color does not seem to matter.

better hook upsI use these because I believe I get more hook ups and loose less fish! It's like a shock absorber and cushions the bit so I get a much better hook set with them. I fish for salmon in the ocean and troll with a diver so I put the snubber in front of the diver and always use the same color so if my diver is green I use a green snubber. The snubber holds up very well in salt water. I have yet to have one dry up and crack.

nice itemthese snubbers work great they help take the shock off the line specially when a good size walleye or steelhead hits.
