My top choice for light packing week long expeditiI've tested quite a few packs the last 6 weeks. I'm 5 ft 7. 180 lbs. This is a beauty. Perfect for lightpackers. I can see myself doing week long excursions with this 50L gem. I don't need to steal anything externally. So the lack of bottom compression straps is no issue. I carry all the essentials. Must have the lightest, least bulkiest gear to make it work and it's a beauty. I have room for more but no need. Excellent pack. Very comfortable like most packs are. The material is second to none. You can feel the difference and looks tougher too thanks to the Cordura nylon fabric.
I would give it 5 stars but the only con for me is the lack of accessible bottle holders while on the move. But has giant pockets instead of bottle pockets for storing big itemd, like a hammock for example.
