KA-BAR Short USMC Fixed-Blade Knife

Modeled after the iconic combat knife adopted by the Marine Corps in 1942, the KA-BAR® Short USMC Fixed-Blade Knife is an excellent utility knife, well suited for camp craft, hunting, and personal defense. The Short model has a 5-1/4" blade—1-3/4" shorter than the standard model. The 1095 carbon Cro-Van steel blade features a clip-point with a false edge, which enhances its ability to pierce tough material, and the full belly slices well. A black blade finish protects from corrosion. A leather-washer grip, steel handguard, and steel pommel provide a secure hold for safe use, as well as dexterity for precise blade control. The KA-BAR Short USMC Fixed-Blade Knife comes with a rugged leather sheath that's sewn and riveted, and features a snap retention strap. Blade length: 5-1/4". Overall length: 9-3/8".
