Everything I wanted and moreI'm a flagger and on my feet in one spot up to 13 hours a day. Improper Footwear will make life miserable. I bought my Irish Setters and the memory foam insole allows me to not worry about my feet at all. The most comfortable work boots I have ever owned. So much so that I wear them on my days off.

Great Work BootI really like the boots. Overall comfortable. Fits well. The only issue I have is that I cannot find a good insole for my Plantar Faciitis from Red Wing. So I bought insoles from another source.

Comfortable bootThese boots have served me well so far. They are light weight and comfortable. They show very little signs of wear after a few months. The only problem I have is with how tight to tie them, too loose they come untied. To tight.., well their too tight. I would highly recommend these boots, good quality product.

Sole Failed MeBought these as home boots that I could wear to work as back ups. Got them in the winter to wear to shovel snow and do outdoor activities etc.. The soles were so hard they were more like ice skates so they have little use in the snow or ice. After about a month and hardly any wear the soles developed large cracks in them on each shoe across the bottoms through the rubber traction portion. Comfortable, but not suited for winter and the soles disappointed me.

Very poor qualityComfort is not bad but the boots feel cheap. The sole is very hard does not grip to the ground. Not sure what happened to this model. I've been a faithful red wine buyer for over 15 years. I decided to try a different style. Bad choice.

Not for Slippery SurfacesI work outdoors a lot with wet and icy conditions and these boots slip on everything. I have been falling all over this winter. Prior to this pair of boots I had the True Hiker and they were very good on slippery surfaces. These boots are very durable and very comfortable. Works great for dry surfaces. The lace hooks are also kind of small and the laces come loose often. I will recommend them for a work boot though.

Great BootI work in an industrial area and these boots are fantastic. They seem to hold up to everything I throw at them. The only issue I have is I cannot seem to keep them tied. The only way I can keep them tied is if I crank down on the laces to the point of almost cutting circulation off to my feet. So, every couple of hours I just stop and retie the boots. I don't know if it is the laces or what. To me, that is not a big deal. It gives me a reason to stop, if only for a minute to take care of the laces.
