Rated 1 out of 5 by 300Bee from Disappointing Bought it a year ago and worked fine although the digital depth reading would bounce all over once in awhile. This year it bounces around constantly or will go to a reading of 1.2 feet and stay there for 30 seconds or so (also screws up the sonar dial as well) then everything goes back to the correct reading and sonar display before the digital read out starts bouncing around. Had to turn the gain way up to see my Fiskas Balance jig with 4 maggots on it in only 30 feet of water. Not impressed at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Dean o from Not even worth one star Bought the Ice 55 and what I read in other reviews are true! Put the transducer in the hole and said it was 1.2’ deep. I was fishing in 22’ of water. After a few minutes it started reading true. Then it jumped all over the depth scale and went right back to 1.2’ of water. Then after awhile it read true again then went right back to jumping all over. Did this all day. im taking it back to bass pro to get my money back. I gave it one star because zero stars was not an option.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Younghunter19 from Amazing! The Humminbird Ice 55 is the best piece of ice fishing equipment I have bought. The detail and quality is great. Works great in full sun or after dark. This unit will put more fish on the ice! It is so nice to know whether there is a fish nearby rather than waiting and wondering. I was concerned about having to set the unit up myself...but it was easy. Follow the instructions and you'll be fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by mybadhabit from Humminbird 55 The 1st one I bought would mark fish but not the depth. Something was wrong with the unit. I called cabelas and had no issues with taking it back for a different one. Unit works great and highly recommend it to anyone.

I could see exactly where the fish were at and almost anticipate the bite. the color is very bright and easy to see. no interference from other models and the battery life was great 75% left after a full day on the ice. I would highly recommend

Rated 4 out of 5 by Ratatatpat from Hummingbird Ice 55 I purchased the Ice 55 in December and it has been a great unit. Easy to use, additional colors, and great battery life. I really like the backlight in shaded conditions. My fishing buddy has a high end Vexilar and I get zero interference. Only negative is that the markings are not as crisp as my buddies Vex but we both catch fish so all is well.
