Combining multiple performance components into 1 rifle, the Howa M1500 HS Carbon Fiber Bolt-Action Rifle offers hunters top-notch precision and performance. This rifle wraps its heavy carbon barrel in carbon fiber with a threaded cap to boost rigidity without adding weight. Built to provide a solid base for the rifle's precision action, the HS Precision stock starts with an aluminum bedding block CNC machined to the specific dimensions of the rifle's barreled action. This block is hand-laminated with Kevlar, fiberglass, and carbon fiber in a mold and then covered with a dense synthetic foam to provide a soft-to-the-touch, nonslip hold and solid bed. Drilled and tapped receiver for scope base. 3-position thumb safety.
