The roomy Hornady® Keypad 2-Gun Handgun Safe securely stores up to 2 handguns, where only you or others chosen by you have access to the firearms. The spring-loaded door opens immediately by punching your personalized security code into a keypad, or with a back-up barrel key. (Keypad can be programed with a 4- to 6-digit code.) An interior light automatically illuminates when opening the safe; and protective foam lining safeguards contents from damage. The removable interior shelf helps organize handguns and other personal valuables. The Keypad 2-Gun Handgun Safe is constructed of 16-gauge steel, and pre-drilled holes allows you to fasten the safe to a shelf, drawer, or wall. Four AAA batteries (not included) are required to operate the keypad and light, though the safe can still open without power by using the key lock.
