After the wood has been engraved, highly skilled artists hand-paint each image using permanent acrylics and sealants for life-long protection. Don't let the retro look fool you, the Henry Big Boy still delivers loads of modern-day accuracy and stopping power. The straight-grip stock and forend are crafted out of select American walnut, and its looks are further enhanced with a brass buttplate, brass barrel band, and Henry's signature polished and hardened brass receiver. The classic, blued octagonal barrel is topped off with a fully adjustable, semi-buckhorn rear sight and front brass bead sight.
