With its long, graceful moderate action, a G.Loomis® Roaring River Greased Line GLX 2 Hand Fly Rod executes traditional spey casts in perfect symmetry. Designed for use with long belly floating lines, it flexes all the way through the mid-section when fully loaded, imparting the ideal combination of swing speed and fly control for those 60-120' casts to salmon cruising outside the normal range. Each Roaring River Greased Line rod is built on G.Loomis' vaunted 4-piece GLX blank and fitted with the finest components: Hopkins & Holloway stripper guides, Recoil® snake guides and tip-top, top-grade cork, composite cork end-cap, and a lightweight machined-aluminum reel seat with "yin-yang" cutout and ivory-style graphic insert. Includes a soft, protective rod sock and travel case.
