Not bad expected more for what I paid. Not a bad unit how ever, if you are going to download satellite imagery expect to go through at least three sets of batteries. Also it will freeze up if you try zoom in to fast.

Great device! This gps is a great device. I haven’t used it off the grid yet but I can tell that it’s a device that I can rely on when cellular service is unavailable. I like how it has all the relevant functions of navigating immediately at the push of a button. Such as zoom in/out, marking waypoints, find, back, enter. Other helpful logistical information is easy to get to as well such as speedometer, compass, altimeter, odometer. Then there are lists of businesses, restaurants, hospitals, gas stations which are very useful. This device will be an essential tool to have in unfamiliar areas.

Needs added featuresI wanted to upgrade from my Delorme PN60, so I bought the 66st and returned it as soon as I found out the waypoints don't show up on the map unless you choose one and it's the only one that shows up. It holds 10,000 waypoints and they all have to go in one file. You should be able to create files for different places and the waypoints from the file you have open should show up on the map. I really wish they would fix this, I would buy another one immediately and probably give it five stars. It may work for most folks but the way I use one it is useless.
Does the 66st have a type of bread crumb feature to follow or backtrack the path that I just took.

Waypoint names and symbols appear on the map. When you are navigating to a destination, your route is marked with a colored line on the map. Waypoints are locations you record and store in the device. Waypoints can mark where you are, where you are going, or where you have been. You can add details about the location, such as name, elevation, and depth.
You can add a .gpx file that contains waypoints by transferring the file to the GPX folder (Transferring Files to Your Device, page 15).
