Awesome rig!I have a rock island 1911 compact 9mm. Fits great! As directions specify, it takes a bit of work to stretch the holster but well worth the work and money. Very comfortable,and very well designed and manufactured.

whole setup is too light.This setup and shade leather might work well with a compact or micro pistol, but with a medium or large frame weapon the entire setup is too light and doesn't feel like the weapon is actually secured. I returned it.

Read the instructionsFor best results read the instructions on how to fit your gun to the holster.
I followed what they said and the holster works great for my 1911 Kimber ultra carry 2 with 3 inch barrel and it also fits my Remington 1911 R1 with 5 inch barrel.
Good quality and fit.

Follow the instructions.This is a great system. You have to follow the instructions for fitting your firearm. I even went a step further and removed the stopper screw in front of the trigger guard until it loosened up a little. It's extremely lite as the name says and most days I forget I'm wearing it. But you can't buy it thinking you can pull it out of the box and put your weapon in and go. It needs a couple days with a pistol in it to stretch and form. Once it has, presenting and securing your firearm is done with ease.

Galco liteGalco makes top of the line holsters, but this is not one of them. The quality was very good, but it was labeled for a Glock, and no way a Glock would fit. I even returned it to the store where they took another one off the shelf and couldn't get a Glock to fit. Traded it for the Galco miami rig plus extra cash. The lite may fit a smaller gun, but not the one as labeled.
Will my kimber ultra carry II 9mm fit tight and snug in this holster?
